How it works? “Pangea Sun” is a social ecological laptop, which focuses on modularity and sustainability. We will not be another option to Lenovo, Samsung, Apple or other, but a real alternative. Because we think it’s time to reshape the way we use laptops today. From the first look at the technical specs it is clear that it’s different. Not always more, further and higher where only a fraction of it is used for surfing or writing emails. No types of laptops anyone can hardly differ. This is not only confusing, but also an ever greater burden on our environment. 20 to 50 million tons of electronic waste are produced worldwide each year. In China alone annually four million PCs are disposed. We think laptops should go back to what matters. Our environment will benefit from it. The facts "Pangea Sun" brings everything to the table what is needed to surf, write emails and do office work. Of course, there will be no shortage of games for the kids. It should be suitable for everyone. The housing will have a modular concept. It is possible to change modules in case of defects without any technical skills (e.g. monitor, keyboard, battery). When the laptop has to get some upgraded over the years because new technology is out, the renewal of parts is made very easy and comfortable So it is not only environmentally friendly but also much cheaper than the buying a new laptop. With the miniaturization of inner components we have almost no heat production, which makes a fan less solution possible obsolete. This reduces power consumption and extends battery life. Our target audience is any person who uses the laptop for everyday tasks and office work and also for programmers and entry-level gamers.
